Company Invitation
Recruiters register with the AAMS Placement Cell and submit job descriptions, eligibility criteria and expected joining dates.
Student Registration
Eligible students register through the placement portal. Résumés are compiled and shared with companies as per their requirements.
Pre-Placement Talk
Companies conduct a pre-placement orientation — sharing company culture, roles and growth prospects with shortlisted students.
Aptitude & Interviews
Written tests, group discussions and personal interviews are conducted on campus or virtually, coordinated by the Placement Cell.
Offer & Joining
Selected students receive offer letters. The placement cell facilitates documentation, joining formalities and post-offer support.
