All residents are expected to follow these guidelines to maintain a safe, respectful and disciplined campus environment.

Timings

  • Gate closes by 9:00 PM for boys & 8:30 PM for girls.
  • Lights off by 11:00 PM in all dormitories.
  • Visitor hours: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM only.
  • Late entry requires prior written permission from warden.

Discipline

  • Ragging is completely prohibited under UGC norms.
  • Consumption of alcohol / tobacco is strictly banned.
  • No loud music or disturbing activities after 9 PM.
  • Personal electrical appliances require prior approval.

Attendance & Leave

  • Night roll call is compulsory every day at 9:30 PM.
  • Leave form must be submitted 24 hrs before departure.
  • Outstation leave requires guardian written consent.
  • Unexcused absence may lead to disciplinary action.

Cleanliness

  • Rooms must be kept neat and tidy at all times.
  • Waste to be disposed in designated dustbins only.
  • Common areas to be used responsibly and left clean.
  • Damage to hostel property will be charged to the student.
